Good: A really nice hotel and such a lovely room with all you needed. Plenty of places nearby too, including the Eaton Centre. Amazing staff! So polite and so professional as well as always willing to help if needed. A great location for getting around the city too as you are minutes from Queen Station. Bad: No complaints at all.

A lovely hotel … our first visit. Very clean, modern, comfortable bed, beautiful walk-in shower, was accommoddated to get our room early. Stages bar a really nice, small, quiet bar with excellent food.

Wife and I came to Toronto for her birthday. Had an amazing corner room renovated with great city views. We were able to walk everywhere and the value for the money was the best! I 100% would stay here again! Stayed in: Run of House Stay length: 1 night(s)

Hair left in the shower from previous guest, im bald as can be so it wasnt mine. A simple check like that can really add to a guests stay. The front staff were amazing and very accommodating and although it’s an older building, it has been renovated nicely. The doors however, do not close behind you. You have to force them closed when you leave your room otherwise somebody has easy access to look through your belongings.

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at Pantages Hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and super accommodating they really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better; it’s right in the center of everything, so you can walk pretty much anywhere you need to go. Whether you’re visiting for business or a little getaway, this hotel is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Room was clean, spacious and very quiet. Only thing I would say is the rooms are not equipped with smart TVs so you couldn’t stream Netflix, YouTube etc… Colleen at the front desk was a great help!
