Definitely deserves its 9 plus rating. Minor issue was could not understand how to adjust the temperature in the room but still an excellent experience.

The hotel was very conveniently located. It is closed to the subway and CF Toronto Eaton Centre. You can enjoy all the attractions and see the city walking.
