I’ve been a guest of the Pantages many times, however each and every time I am thrilled with the customer service however, this time I was absolutely floored by the front desk attendant by the name of honey. Honey was kind thoughtful, and went above and beyond with regards to any consideration even though I Was not a guest and simply waiting on an Uber in the rain. She was thoughtful, courteous, kind, and receptive to courtesy. I certainly hope that her customer service skills are being recognized by way of financial compensation during her reviews regularly. As a districtManager It is truly the kind of individuals such as honey that I look forward to staff my stores.

We bookend here for convenience and good reviews. Firstly having purchased tickets for an 8 o’clock show at the Mirvish Theater, secondly having decided to stay the night to spare us the late night drive back home, being from out of town. Happy to have to walk just footsteps from the hotel to the theatre. The staff at check in were pleasant and helpful. The little bar restaurant in the hotel was perfect for a quick cocktail and meal before the show, with lovely staff and quaint yet modern ambiance. I will however mention the parking scene in Toronto is atrocious, and the closest parking to the hotel is at the St. Michael’s ramp across the street. The parking ramp is underground, very tight to negotiate and full. No signs or attendant on site to inform us the ramp was full, we had to back out of the dead-end third level of Dante’s Hell and find parking a couple blocks away.

Good: – The staff members are really nice and accommodating – We had a really noisy room for the first night (due to air conditioning system), after talking to the staff, we were moved to a less noisy one on the 12th floor – Comfortable beds Bad: – The first night of our stay we were at the 5th floor (518). We had an awful night due to the constant noise of the air conditioning system: -the air conditioning couldnt switch off in the bathroom and -the air conditioning system in our room was so noisy even when turned OFF – Quite expensive
