The hotel was quiet and nicely decorated. Not having parking on site was a con for us, but there was an easily accessible parking garage right across the street (beware of the treasures in the stairwell 💩 and smell). Our room could have used a deep clean – there was dust on some things, showing the surfaces hadn’t been wiped in a while, and the same for the shower (bottom parts cleaned but some dirt higher up). Otherwise, it was great and cozy, rooms are big, staff were very friendly, and the area is within walking distance to so much.

Good: Spacious and bright room, comfortable bed and very clean Bad: The door stop on the floor in the bathroom. Bruised my toe badly going to the bathroom at night. It really injured my foot and made walking an issue

2nd time staying here. Very convenient if going yo a show at Mirvish or Eaton Center. Got up early went next door to Fran’s and had the best coffee(take out), hot and tasted fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and hotel quiet. Front doors are locked at 10 and you require your room key to open the doors and board elevator. Friendly staff. Will definitely return!
