We really liked the room decor. The king size bed was quite comfortable as were the occasional chairs. The bathroom was well laid out and very clean. We liked that most of the flooring was not carpeted. Just a pretty rug in the bed area. Great shopping nearby. Although, we didn’t use it we appreciated that the hotel has a restaurant. Staff were very friendly. As a safety feature your room key is needed in the elevators to access floors. We would enjoy staying there again.

Clean, quiet building in close proximity to shopping mall, numerous restaurants, theatre and shops. The rooms are nicely decorated with updates. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are not. There is no hotel parking available on the property and the food at their restaurant was below average.

I would’ve loved for the hotel to have valet also there needs to be more security in the parking garage because my friend’s car got broken into. Other than that, this staff was amazing and very accommodating. I will stay here again.

Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very nice. My room was clean and very quiet. Nice and walkable from Union Station and to St Michael’s Hospital. Only thing I’d like would be a kettle in the room!
