I stayed there to attend an appointment at St. Michael’s Hospital. The Hotel was very clean as was the room, the accommodations were very comfortable and it’s accessibility to St. Mike’s couldn’t have been any closer! We love the Pantages Hotel and the rates were reasonable!
Good: Didnt go for breakfast but eaten befr great Bad: Nothing realyeverything fine

Nice stay. Good location and staff. I noticed a big difference in quality between rooms. I’ve stayed before and my room was lovely and chic. This time I got an unrenovated Room which wasn’t nearly as nice. Albeit totally adequate. But I understand the rooms are being renovated in stages. Still a nice stay and would stay again
Good: Its homely relaxing so much at home always friendly Bad: No nothing just fine
Good: The staff were very courteous and warm. Bad: The room was really dusty. Not sure if it hadn’t been…
Had a newly renovated room during my short stay end of February. Room was well equipped with everything you need and also the colors are very nice. One star less due to the situation that the gym only has one treadmill and almost everyone how came‘s into it was waiting for this sports machine. Location is very good for sightseeing and also as starting point for some trips around Toronto.
Good: The bedrooms were well appointed with a very modern look
Newly renovated elegant suites. Great upgrade! Very clean and spacious. Great location.

I love that the rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The laminate flooring is a huge plus, you know there’s no hidden grime or allergens in the floor.
The vanity top is small, makes it a bit challenging to find a place to put toiletries and cosmetics.
Always enjoy my stay at Pantages. Very comfortable, clean and friendly.
Clean, comfortable hotel with great customer service and a great location! Steps to the Mirvish Theatre and Eaton Centre.
Check in was great. Fast and friendly service. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was the bed. I booked a room with a King bed. The bed in my room (412) appeared to be a double so I called the front desk and was told that my room did have a king bed and it probably looked smaller than it actually was. The girl was very nice but there is no way that bed was a king. It was way too small for 2 of us.
Had a wonderful time here. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the room spacious and comfortable, and the food delicious.…
I liked that it was a half block from the Ed Mirvish theatre, and steps from the 24 hour restaurant, Fran's. Liked the front desk clerks. The hotel dining room, Stages, was great one night, but the service was dreadful the next.
A good time pass

Good: Location , superb !!!!! Cannot beat it. Renovated rooms were not too bad actually. I would recommend them, only because of the location. Gym was awesome and good location.
Bad: We had to change rooms. The receptionist a ( Ryan) couldn't care less and told us they had no rooms. As soon as he left, a very nice young lady (Sandra)offered us another room which was renovated. All this running around was not worth the stress. Thanks to Sandra for making our stay nice. Too much dust . Corners were not really wiped up especially under the bed.
I was given one of the newly renovated rooms. It was delightful. My one complaint is the prices in the…
Good: Location is amazing! Walking distance to Eaton Center, very close to subway and anything you might need. Great internet and staff. I would stay here again, it is a good hotel. I recommend it to people.
Bad: Price could be better for the facilities, rooms are okay, views not good. Breakfast not included. Walls are too thin so it can be noisy sometimes, ask for a room not close to the elevator.

Incredibly convenient location, close to many shops, restaurants, Ryerson University and St. Michael's Hospital. The room in which I stayed was beautiful - newly remodeled, sparkling clean, and huge. It was really luxurious. I wish that I could have stayed for longer than 1 night!
Good: Location was good. Clean rooms Bad: Didn’t feel like a 4star hotel. The furnishings etc

Good: Clean, great staff, great location
Bad: Very limited short term parking out front, recurved a $50 parking ticket during check in process. No hotel parking so have to use nearby public lots, paid $50 for overnight parking . Was an expensive experience
It was a good stay and extra spacious room was a big bonus when traveling with a young family
Good: Location Bad: There is NO kitchenware.
It is a pitty that they dknt have underground parking. Althouth there is one close by at Dundas square.
The location is wonderful and a great deal. The front desk upgraded our room for free, great customer service experience.…
Spacious room but was lacking full length mirrors which is strange. There was no hand soap in thr washroom but once we called down and requested some they brought it up. Great location right next to the ed mirvish theater

We didn’t get the renovated part of the hotel so it looks kind of old. Our room faced the St Michael hospital which has lights on all night long. So we just use the hangers to tighten the blinds. I am not going to lie but the toilet over flowed in the morning and my sister got to work late. The pillows were flat that it didn’t have any support. They only left one cup in the washroom even though there were two of us. Thank goodness for the front desk and the room attendant who helped solved the problems. I informed the front desk and everything was taken care of. The room attendant came to fix the toilet and cleaned it. They were able to give us firmer pillows which made our second night stay better.
The price of the hotel is not bad for that prices in downtown. It is very close to Eaton and the subway station. There is no shortage of food in the are. If you are too much and got sick, the hospital is just next door. I would come back next year when I have the conference again.
I was on a conference in the hotel. It looks pretty decent and innovative
Good: Our room was very luxurious, had a newly renovated room. We were celebrating a 50th birthday, and it was…
