We had an amazing stay. When Pantages learned of our joint Wedding Anniversary and Retirement Celebration, we were given a room upgrade and some lovely treats. Thank you so much, especially the welcoming reception staff who were just lovely, I we cannot praise you enough. Truly a stay to remember. Super breakfast too!

I had an amazing experience at Pantages Hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sundar at the front desk! He was incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and even gave some great recommendations for local spots. Sundar’s professionalism and friendly attitude really set the tone for my entire visit. Definitely a 5-star service! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in a suite on the 13th floor that was huge. It had all the conveniences including a washer and dryer. The corner location with 6 ft high windows afforded excellent views and provided lots of natural light. We were just across from the Eaton Centre and near to subway stations. Highly recommended.

Lovely downtown hotel, had a corner room with wonderful views and nice sitting room. Bedroom was just perfect with fridge. Staff welcoming. Was an issue with Breakfast on the first day due to shortage of staff and waited over an hour for our breakfast which was the wrong order in the end. Went down early next day and everything perfect, looked like they were missing some staff. Great stay for downtown.

very nice staff and accommodating. Paul at the front desk upgraded our room for free upon hearing it was a special occasion. 10/10 service would go back and very nice rooms
