Psitive: the rooms were very quiet. Negative: except for the attached restaurant that was very small and primarily for eating meals there was no lounge area for meeting with others you might be traveling with.

This hotel surprised me in every way. I have been to Massey Hall a few times and never knew this hotel was directly across the street. Clean and modern room, extremely quiet for being across the street from a hospital and so centered downtown. No carpet, which is a huge plus to us. Clean bathroom. Front desk staff was extremely friendly, and answered parking questions very quickly and effectively. Post concert, the front desk was great for offering places to dine. Best hotel experience in years. Definitely will return. Parking is close, but expensive. $52 for a night under Yonge-Dundas sqaure, not the hotels fault.

Stayed at the Pantages Hotel the week of June 24. It was a great experience! The room was lovely- very clean, plush bedding, lots of light and a luxurious bathroom. Its proximity to Massey Hall was so convenient for attending a show there. The staff were courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again in the future.

Good: Proximity to Massey Hall. Very up to date deco, furnishings. Very clean. Excellent central location. Bad: The lobby was very small and poorly lit. Didn’t make a great first impression. Maybe take down the wall separating the lobby from the bar but this is very minor as far as the overall excellent experience of our stay at this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pantages. The room was big and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The people who cleaned the room each day also did a great job and went the extra mile.
